Shipping Policy
By placing an order through Crusaders Of The Faith, you agree to the terms below. These are provided to ensure that both parties are aware of and agree to this arrangement to protect each other and to set expectations on our service.
1- General
Subject to stock availability, we endeavor to maintain an accurate stock inventory but from time to time there may be a stock discrepancy and we may not be able to fill all items at the time of your purchase. In this case, we will contact you to find out if you prefer to wait for the replenishment of the out-of-stock item or if you prefer a voucher.
2- Shipping Costs
Shipping costs vary depending on the destination for all orders below $79.99. They will be calculated at checkout. Payment for shipping costs will be collected upon purchase. The shipping is free for all orders over $79.99.
3- Returns
The return conditions are available on the Return an Refund policy page.
4- Terms Of Delivery
In general, orders may in be transit for up to 10 days depending on your location.
Delivery time
Orders are usually processed within 24 hours after the order has been placed. Please contact us immediately if you have noticed a mistake (eg shipping address, order, etc..) as once processed the order can not be modified.
We contact the production locations monday through friday during normal office hours, excluding national holidays. Note that we have production facilities in the US, Canada, Europe, East Asia, depending on the destination of your order.
When you place an order with Crusaders Of The Faith, the usual shipping time is 7-15 working days, depending on your location. Orders are usually often sent within 2 to 7 working days. However, in exceptional conditions, delivery can take up to 2-4 weeks.
It is important to note the difference between shipping and delivery. Indeed, delivery corresponds to the fact of transporting items and ensuring their delivery to a destination address. While shipping corresponds to the action of sending the items from an order.
It is for this reason that, exceptionally, the delivery time can take up to 4 weeks (1 day processing, up to 7 working days production, 15 business days for delivery).
These are exceptional total delays but Crusaders Of The Faith wants to communicate them to you in order to avoid any source of inconvenience. That said, once this delivery time has passed, 5 weeks, we will do the necessary to keep you satisfied.
For this, we will offer you solutions such as the return of your order at our expenses or the creation of a gift voucher whose value will be equal to your initial order including shipping cost. It almost never happens but Crusaders Of The Faith is starting to be victim of its own success and we prefer to anticipate this kind of situation and let you know what the policy is in terms of customer service.
Therefore, if you received your order confirmation email 5 weeks or more ago, please either reply to your order confirmation email or email us at hello@crusadersofthefaith.com.
To make your email processed as quickly as possible, we advise you to provide the following informations in it:
- your order number
- the email address used when placing the order
- your last name
- your first name
- the content of your order (even approximate)
- date of the order
If you send us email at hello@crusadersofthefaith.com, we also advise you to specify the email subject as "Delivery time - your order number". Example: "Delivery time - 125876"
The Crusaders Of The Faith customer support wild get back to you within 12 hours (week days).
4-1 Change of delivery address
For delivery address change requests, we are able modify the address before the order dispatching. That said we strongly advise you to contact us within 24 hours after placing the order.
4-2 Shipping to PO box
Crusaders Of The Faith does not ship to PO box.
4-3 Shipping to military address
We are able to ship to military addresses through USPS. We are however unable to offer this service using courier services.
4-4 Out of stock items
If an item is out of stock, we will contact you to find out if you would prefer to wait for the restocking of the out-of-stock item or if you would prefer a voucher instead. This voucher will cover the amount of the value of the missing items +delivery cost.
4-5 Exceeding the delivery time
If the delivery time has exceeded the expected time, please contact us at hello@crusadersofthefaith.com so that we can process your request.
5- Notification Follow-up
Upon shipment, you will be provided with a tracking link from which you will be able to track the progress of the order shipment based on the latest updates made available by the shipping service provider.
6- Packages Damaged In Transit
If you find that a damaged in transit, please, if possible, reject receipt of the delivery and contact our customer support. If the package was delivered without you being present, please contact Crusaders Of The Faith sustomer service at hello@crusadersofthefaith.com.
7- Duties And Taxes
7-1 Sales tax
Sales tax has already been applied to the price of the goods as it appears on Crusaders Of The Faith when you have placed the order.
7-2 Import duties and taxes
Import duties and taxes for international shipments may be payable upon arrival in the destination country. This varies by countries and Crusaders Of The Faith wants you to be aware of these potential costs before placing an order with us. In any doubt, please contact us so we can inform you of the production location of your order. I f you refuse to pay the duties and taxes upon arrival at your destination country, the goods will be returned to Crusaders Of The Faith at the customer's expense, and the customer will receive a refund for the value of the goods paid, minus the cost of return postage. The cost of the initial shipment will not be refunded.
8- Cancellations
If you change your mind before you have received your order from Crusaders Of The Faith, we can cancell at any time before the order has been dispatched. If an order has already been shipped, please refer to our Return and Refund policy.
9- Insurances
Packages are insured against damage and loss up to the value declared by the carrier. The loss is recorded in the event that the postal services confirm the loss. A delivery confirmed by the postal services will be considered valid. Indeed, Crusaders Of The Faith has unfortunately experienced too many cases of customers declaring false statements of non delivery, to base ourselves solely on customer's words. However, Crusaders Of The Faith will do its best to satisfy you by returning your order at its expense or offering you a gift voucher of the initial order value including shipping cost, instead.
9-1 Process for packages damaged in transit
We will proceed with a refund or replacement by applying the Return and Refund policy.
9-2 Process for packages lost in transit
In the event that the postal services confirm the loss during transit, Crusaders Of The Faith will do its utmost to satisfy you by returning the order at its expense or offering you a gift voucher of the initial order value including shipping cost, instead.
